Glitterbeam: 30 hours for a Rainbow

GlitterBeam is proud to launch 30 Hours for a Rainbow, a 32-hour live charity marathon on 6–7 December 2025, raising money for LGBTQ+ charities across the UK.

For the first time, GlitterBeam will broadcast a 32 hours non-stop live radio show in support of LGBTQ+ causes.The event will run from 11am Saturday 6 December until 7pm Sunday 7 December, celebrating the diversity of the community with music, stories, live performances, and fundraising updates.

On air, GlitterBeam will host two presenters live in the studio for 32 hours, welcoming special guests, unplugged performances, and stories from the LGBTQ+ community. Across the UK, LGBTQ+ venues will be collecting donations for the charities they care about most. All the money raised on air will be placed in a central fundraising pot, which will be shared equally among all the charities supported by participating venues.
