Time & Location
02 Oct 2022, 12:00 – 18:00
DIY4Folke, 62 Tontine St, Folkestone CT20 1JP, UK
About the event
Following a 6 month period of research and development the exhibitions present the collaborative work of Folkestone’s team of volunteer community curators. Contemplating what it means to be queer here, the exhibitions explore themes of nature, families, pride (performance & protest) and the future.
Our Screen Heritage is a new lottery project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, led by Screen Archive South East (SASE) at the University of Brighton. The project celebrates, preserves and shares the LGBTQIA+ film heritage of Kent and the South East.
